Mr. Skyer is a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and had five years of experience as an arborist in Southern Westchester County before joining Bartlett. Prior to that he owned and operated a full-service landscape company for ten years. Mr. Skyer holds an Associate of Science degree from Orange County Community College and a Bachelors of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
