Copper Mine Pub Anniversary Cask Fest

by mike on October 24, 2009

Today The Copper Mine Pub in North Arlington, one of our friends, is having their anniversary party/cask festival.  Here are the details straight from the owner, Vito.

Saturday the 24th of October, for the 1 year anniversary, we will be having an all day cask event.  Looks like we will be having 4 or 5 casks for that day, consisting of otter creek oktoberfest, cricket hill colonel blides, riverhorse hop-a-lot-amus, and troeg’s javahead stout.  the fifth cask maybe IS (confirmed) a stone and brewdog collaboration and for the anniversary we will also be tapping a couple of kegs we’ve been holding onto for this event.  all casks will be tapped at 12 and there will be snacks and some giveaways.

Make sure, if you’re free today, you head on in.  I’ll be there, follow us on twitter, follow Copper Mine too while you’re at it and say hello to Vito and tell him you saw this on Bergenation.com

  • If I was going to be in the area, I'd bee there. great line up of casks. Can only imagine what the Hop-a-lot-amus would be like in cask!
  • Actually, it's not bad, I had it once casked. It was hoppy and smooth. I think they dry hop it more for the cask
